style: 调整markdown列表内边距和分享按钮样式

1. 将ul和ol的左侧内边距从15px改为24px，统一列表缩进样式
2. 简化文章详情页上下导航的padding类，移除重复的pt-0
3. 优化分享按钮的样式类，合并border相关样式并移除冗余样式
