refactor: 整体优化项目页面与组件样式与结构

Browse Source 
1.  移除冗余组件注释与老旧类名，统一样式规范
2.  新增自定义导航栏适配，修复导航栏层级与返回按钮逻辑
3.  调整列表页面布局，统一添加box-border与间距规范
4.  优化友链弹窗与联系页面样式，修复文案与交互细节
5.  重构关于与免责声明页面，适配动态站点信息
6.  统一瞬间页面与投票页面的UI风格与代码结构
