refactor: 重构文章列表组件与页面逻辑，统一使用uh-article-card

1.  抽离并重构uh-article-card组件，支持多种布局模式与配置化参数
2.  归档页、文章列表页、首页统一使用uh-article-card替代原生实现
3.  移除冗余工具函数与状态管理，优化页面代码结构
4.  调整文章列表空状态提示文本与布局高度
